Having originated from a modest background, Mr. Idowu Adebanwo gained firsthand insights into the challenges faced by underserved communities.

Educational and Professional Journey: Mr. Adebanwo's academic pursuits established a robust foundation for his leadership role. He commenced his academic journey in Lagos, Nigeria, and further advanced to the United Kingdom, where he achieved a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and an MSc. in Criminology.

Equipped with a degree in social work and a wealth of knowledge in community development, Mr. Idowu Adebanwo acquired the skills needed to address intricate social issues through strategic and sustainable solutions. Upon entering the realm of social work, he collaborated with diverse NGOs and charitable organizations in the United Kingdom, including the LIFELINE Charitable organisation, where he contributed to feeding, supporting, and providing homes for the homeless. These experiences honed his abilities in program implementation, community engagement, and resource management.

These experiences deepened his understanding of the challenges encountered by marginalized populations and fueled his resolve to effect lasting change. Founding of Lagata Empowerment Initiative: Driven by a clear vision and a fervor for creating meaningful change, Mr. Idowu Adebanwo co-founded the Lagata Empowerment Initiative. The foundation's name, "Lagata," symbolizes unity and togetherness, reflecting the CEO's belief in the potency of collective action. Alongside his co-founders, he envisioned an organization that would bring hope, opportunity, and empowerment to underserved communities.

As the CEO, Mr. Idowu Adebanwo leads by example, embodying a transformational leadership style that inspires the entire team.
